When your property is sublet on our partner platforms (airbnb, booking, abritel, etc.), it is covered up to €800,000. When your property is sublet on our platform, we ask travelers to pay a deposit, which we can release in the event of damage.
First of all, you should know that we carefully select the people who will occupy your accommodation. We choose people we trust, and we systematically ask them for proof of identity to verify their age and the reason for their stay.
Secondly, your home may be occupied by several different types of traveler: families or young couples on holiday, young professionals on business trips, or French or international students on mobility programs.
Our service is 100% free. We manage your apartment without any commission or agency fees. We earn our income by subletting your property.
For keys, nothing could be simpler: you entrust us with 2 sets of keys, and if you have an extra set, you entrust it to a trusted member of your family who lives nearby. While you're away, we take care of key management with the parties involved (Swwitch team, housekeeping, travelers).
In France and Europe, subletting is legal from the moment you obtain written authorization from your landlord. We'll send you the document for your landlord to sign, and help you to obtain authorization, which may involve calling your landlord to convince and reassure him or her.
