Swwitch is a startup specializing in the management of medium-term housing (between 1 and 9 months).We exclusively offer apartments to students on exchange programs for a few months, which we sublet in full compliance with the law. 

During the sublease, we furnish the apartments (coffee maker, decorations, Wi-Fi, linens, etc.) and provide personalized service to the tenants. 

Swwitch was founded in 2020 and is based in Lyon; our goal is to expand our services to all major French cities.
