Subletting is permitted if your tenant obtains your written consent. We do not take on any apartment without this authorization, and strictly comply with current legislation. With your authorization, we can legally manage your tenant's apartment, and pay him or her the exact amount of rent each month.

How do we manage your accommodation?
During your tenant's absence, we offer the apartment to several types of clientele: international or national students on short-term assignments, professionals on short-term assignments of a few weeks or months, families or couples on holiday. We carry out an entry and exit inventory of fixtures and fittings each time there is a change of sub-tenant, and take security deposits. All the people to whom we offer the apartment are identified (ID) and checked, so that only the best profiles are selected.
