Founded in 2022, Swwitch is the first real estate agency specializing in subleasing. During periods when tenants are away (internships, stays abroad, work-related travel, university exchanges, Erasmus, vacations), we sublet the property with the owner’s or property manager’s consent and reimburse the tenant’s rent every month.

Our goals? To put an end to unregulated and illegal subletting. To establish a professional and legal framework for this practice. To help tenants facing relocation avoid paying rent on an empty unit and enable them to keep their homes in the long term.

Sublet Agency

Supervision of subletting.

Subletting is permitted if your tenant obtains your written consent. We do not accept any apartments for management without this authorization and strictly comply with applicable laws.

As such, Swwitch holds a professional license that allows it to legally operate as a property management company and is covered by a financial guarantee of up to €120,000.

Who are the subtenants?

Subtenants are either French or international students who come to France for a few months as part of an exchange program (internship, study abroad, Erasmus, etc.). Generally, these are students who come to study at our partner schools or universities. Or they are professionals on assignment.
